Diet Aid Ideas
So you want to go on a diet to lose some weight? Yeah, I tried that. In fact I tried that a few times and came to the conclusion that diets were not made for me. At least the ones I tried. After the fourth or fifth failed attempt, you sort of get a jaded impression of the effectiveness of diets.
For me, it was about losing some of the weight I had been gaining over the last few years since changing jobs and spending most of my day sat at a desk. Yeah, the age-old excuse for getting fat, but its at least true.
So what can be done? Trying diets was the obvious solution and eating less makes sense. So how come eating less didn't equate in to losing pounds or seeing any visible shrinkage of the waistline?
Seems dieting alone is not enough for some folks and I guess I'm included in that unfortunate group. Plus it can be hassle when you have to be very selective with what you eat and weigh and measure every portion to get things just right. I did some reading at http://cookware.intervalinc.com to learn about different kitchen appliances you can use to make food preparation, weighing and measuring easier. All to no avail.
So that means either doing exercises (yuk!) or staying fat and getting fatter! For one thing, doing exercises is not possible during working hours, unless you count weight-lifting a phone to the ear repeatedly throughout the day, or exercising the fingers on the keyboard of the computer on my desk. And by the time I get home at night after a lengthy commute, I'm simply too tired to do anything. Sound familiar?
So I started researching other alternatives and came up with some interesting diet supplements that were all-natural and didn't include any drugs. I know there are one or two FDA approved diet drugs available, but from what I've been hearing, they are pretty useless and they pack a bunch of side-effects that no one with any respect for their health wants to experience. The all-natural pills looked a better choice as they don't have any side effects and they don't need a prescription from your doctor. Plus they didn't seem to be very costly either, so I thought to myself, what the heck. Let's give them a shot.
You know, I don't believe in miracles or even much in weird coincidences, but I tried one brand of these pills first and combined them with a (yet another) low calorie diet plan and amazingly, actually saw some movement on the scales after the first week. Pretty good, I said to myself. This cannot be so bad.
So I thought I'd give my own personal review of the diet pills I tried cause after two months, I've lost more weight than I expected to lose and I'm pretty happy about it. All is revealed on the next page...
